Alternate UOM column not visible in Plan Inputs as well as Supply Plan- Advanced Options

Summary:

As per 25D, We should able to enable Alternate UOM in the Supply Plan Options. As well as when we collect the Dual UOM items, we could able to see the Alternate UOM Column in the Plan Input screen. We are already in 25D. Neither of those options available for us to test. No Opt in feature are also suggested to enable. Appreciate the Input
