Unable to view approval transaction in transaction summary

Summary:

We have recently started having issue in transaction where we cannot view the status of transaction like who submitted it, who received the approval.

See screenshot below where the Assignee column have approver assigned, when logging as the users they do receive the approval too.

When clicking on the transaction " —————test——".
No information can be found even though on the previous screen data could be found.
We tried to log in with different users and different browser and cleared cache, however the issue persist.
This is happening only for some transactions only.
