How to Control Budgets at Parent Level While Loading Budgets to Child Accounts

I have a requirement to control budgets at the parent account level while loading budgets to child accounts.

Consider this example:

• Parent Account: 5000
• Child Accounts: 5001, 5002

We will load budgets to the child accounts, but the control level should be at the parent. For example:

• 5001 → Budget: 300
• 5002 → Budget: 400
  Total Roll-up at Parent (5000): 700

Now, if we create a transaction using 5001 for 400, it should pass (since total roll-up is 700) and subtract from the parent roll-up amount. Once the total transaction amount exceeds 700, it should throw an error.

What I Tried:

• Created two control budgets:
  1. First control budget:
     • Source Budget = Control Budget
     • Linked to the second control budget
