How to split capitalised assets?

Summary:

Hi Experts,

The user forgot to split the assets during Mass Additions, resulting in approximately 100 assets being posted and capitalized with multiple units under each asset. These 100 capitalized assets now need to be split into about 1,100 separate assets, each with a single unit.

What is the most efficient way to achieve this?

Should we consider performing a bulk Source Line Transfer? If so, is there an FBDI template available for this process, since handling this volume through ADFdi would be difficult?
