Accumulated Deprec greater than Asset Cost and YTD Deprec greater than Accumulated Depreciation

We know that below listed are legitimate errors during DM. But Client would like to keep the data as is, Can Oracle be configured to bypass these errors:

Check1: Accumulated Depreciation must not be greater than Gross Replacement Cost

Check 2: Accum depreciation Must not be a negative value

Check 3: YTD Depreciation must not be Greater than Accumulated Depreciation

Check 4: Gross Replacement Cost must be Greater than Impairment Reserve ie no -ve values in this column
