BICC - Behaviour on migrations and version upgrades

Hi,

We have some questions about BICC. When migrating the environment, are the jobs, offerings, data store, etc., available in production? Or do we have to create them manually? If we have to recreate them, is there a way to export them from test and import them into production? And what about when updating the environment version? For example, if we upgrade from 25C to 25D?
