Confirmation on Ethnicity Field Behavior in Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll v2

Hello Team,

We observed that when an employee is rehired in Oracle HCM without specifying the ethnicity value, the Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll v2 extract is pulling a null value for the ethnicity field. Ethnicity is currently an optional field during both Hire and Rehire processes in our configuration.

Could you please confirm if this is the expected behavior for the ADP Global Payroll v2 extract? Additionally, is there any recommended configuration or best practice from Oracle to handle such cases where ethnicity is not provided during rehire?
