Can we have NPI process for Option Items for a CTO BOM

Summary:

We are seeing that the Oracle doesn't stop the generation of Option Forecast for a Option if we provide the Discontinuation date for a Option.

Neither does it allow to copy the history of previous option to a new option. Are we missing something?
