I was able to use the file for another client environment and cancel purchase agreement just fine.

However when switching over to a different environment changing the URL and signing in, I am only able to download the data, but cannot submit/upload changes to cancel the BPA. I can do it manually in the UI though. Something is preventing me from mass canceling using VB and through Postman as well. I have a SR 4-0001299635 open and currently no Oracle engineer knows how to solve it.

I've done role comparisons as well.
