Can't built a business rule based on grade for Assignment

Summary:

We're trying to build a business rule based on Grade value in Assingment section for Change assignment and hire an employee, but when trying to build the rule we don't know which attribute to use for Grade and also when we user one attribute that we found it shows that we have the possibility to make a condition only with one value

Grade(assignment) equals ****

Why isn't it allowing the "contains" option ? we need to create this condition based on multiple grade values.

Can you help on this please ?
