How to trigger an approval workflow using AI Agent?

Summary: We are trying to create a Promotion Agent for Managers to take action on direct reports and enter a promotion through the agent. There is a approval rule build for the Promote transaction to be approved by the next level manager and then by the HR Rep.

Right now the agent is directly posting the update to the assignment with the action as Promotion and the workflow is being bypassed.
