Known Issue with OCI IAM Diagnostic Reporting and Provided Workaround

Summary: There is a known issue with OCI IAM Diagnostic Reporting where when Diagnostic Reporting in OCI IAM is enabled, a test run to capture diagnostic logging, and then the Download of the Diagnostic Report does not work.

The IDCS team has provided the following workaround until a permanent fix is provided:

Workaround :
* Select diagnostic level as *activity view* and then change it to *service view*

Once Diagnostic logs are enabled, it collects logs and get auto disabled after 15 mins. Diagnostic logs becomes available on UI with a delay of 1-2 mins.
