Unable to query the asset in the asset inquiry page

The business team is unable to view assets on the Asset Inquiry page. However, they are able to access the same assets through the Recent Additions and Retirements windows. It appears that the issue is specific to the Asset Inquiry tab.
Able to view the invoices in the recent additions page:


Anyone have any idea about this??
