How to add comments as a contract creator in contracts approval flow

According to the client requirement, they would like to add comments as a contract creator when submitting contract for BPM ContractsApproval workflow. Those comments should appear on Approval Notifications that the approvers will receive for further approval.

Is it possible in current Contract Management/creation?
