Is there any method to update serial numbers in bulk?

We're using API https://****/wms/lgfapi/v10/entity/inventory/id/link_serial_nbrs/ but it takes too much time when there are many records to update.

Due to a setting modification (new business requirement), users need to link serial number for many inventory records. Doing it one by one will take too much time. We're looking for a faster method.
