25C Redwood: Validation on Posting Description Section VBS Rule not working as expected.

Summary:

We want to display error message to the user if they select "Create description" option under the "Posting Description" section for USA primary location job

requisitions only. We have configured the attached rule to achieve the same, but the rule doesn't trigger.

Please note we cannot disable AI assist as it is being used for regions other than USA and redwood pages currently doesn't support selective enablement of AI Assist.
