After defining the work definition, a placeholder operation with the operation number "10" is now being automatically generated starting from 24B.
I understand that this placeholder operation can be manually deleted if needed.

However, I would like to confirm whether there is any way to prevent this placeholder operation from being displayed or generated by default, instead of removing it manually each time.
