It was announced below that the EPM Automate "setIPAllowList" command has been removed and the Oracle Identity Cloud "network perimeter feature" will be used instead.

However, even after checking Oracle's documentation and setting up a network perimeter in OCI,
I am still unable to restrict access to the Planning production environment to specific IP addresses.

I checked the SR but did not get a clear answer,
so I apologize for the inconvenience, but could you please tell me how to set up a network perimeter to restrict access to the Planning production environment to only specific IP addresses,including a screen capture of OCI?
