How to change Enterprise Start Date

Summary:

We want to change the Enterprise Start Date of an employee in the Employment Info page. But we are met with the error that we are not in V3Navigation is via actions > Seniority Dates.
What data does the Enterprise Start Date pull in the employment info, and how do we change it to the employee's Enterprise Seniority Date?
