Is it possible to restrict employees from seeing peer's Job Details on Connections Page

Hello,

Is it possible to restrict employees from seeing peer's Job Details on Connections Page. Employees should be able to see only their own job details not others. We checked in VB Studio, however right now VB Studio will allow us just to include the "Job Name" field on the layout or remove it all together.

We cannot take route of updating security profiles as rest of the information like Department and BU etc should be visible. Any suggestions or inputs are highly appreciated.
