Assignments with Bypass Completed status are not triggering reassignment

Hi,

We have loaded the learning assignments through HDL and status has been showing as "Bypass Completed" which is expected behavior. But since the learning item is an recurring one it needs to be reassigned. But reassignment is not triggering. Could anyone assist on this scenario please. Thanks
