Lot Status Change Restriction

We need 2 controls for Lot Status Change:

  1. Once the lot of FG Item has been shipped, user should not be able to change its lot status
  2. Lot produced against Work Order and is fully consumed in another Work order then too user should not be able to change the Lot Status
