Full conversion cost not being used in supply planning costing analysis?

Summary:

we are running a constrained supply plan in oracle fusion and in cost and profitability analysis the total cost included for finished good item is the resource cost of manufacturing that item and the resource cost for producing the semi-finished good(Component item) but the cost of purchasing raw materials is not included in final item total costs.
In the screenshot attached below you can see ;

The manufacturing cost of finished good item.And the manufacturing cost of Component item.But no purchase cost of raw materials is added in total cost analysis.

The plan output includes the purchase cost in component items material plan but not in finished good items?
