Is there a way to reconfigure customize OTM HTTP Profile UI Screen?

Hello All

We have a requirement to manage slab rates and to manage slab rates we have leveraged HTTP Profile UI Screen and configured the slab rates. Since we are using OTM Standard HTTP Profile UI Screen, we want to know is there an option to customize the HTTP Profile UI Screen as we have this Manager Layout option for all other UI Screens? We found that Manager Layout unavailable for HTTP Profile and we are also aware that purpose of this standard UI screen but this screen is not at all used for the customer so we are exploring this option
