Need Flex field features for OTM Region UI Screen?

Summary: We got a requirement to show the Country Name on Region UI Screen and based on customer requirement have setup Region with GEO Hierarchy - LOCATION. But customer want to see the associated Country name for the location on same Region UI Screen.
