Need Flex Field features for OTM Location Profile UI Screen

We got a requirement to show the Country Name on Location Profile UI Screen and based on customer requirement have setup Location Profile and mapped with Order Routing Rule. But customer want to see the associated Country name for the location on same Location Profile UI Screen.

There is NO Flex Field option available today for Location Profile UI screen.

We got a requirement to show the Country Name on Location Profile UI Screen and based on customer requirement have setup Location Profile and mapped with Order Routing Rule. But customer want to see the associated Country name for the location on same Location Profile UI Screen.
