Need to restrict some users in the manager hierarchy when delegating the role to another user in ERP

We have a requirement to delegate Line Manager role to the another user but the line manager has 2 assignment in different legal entities and has direct reports from both the LEs but the other user should access direct report from only one legal entity not both legal entities.

Scenario -

Manager 'A' has 2 assignments in different legal entities 'LE1' and 'LE2' and also has direct reports in both 'LE1' and 'LE2'. Manager 'A' has two line manager roles for respective legal entities 'Line Manager Role LE1' and 'Line Manager Role LE2'.
There is another User 'B' who has assignment only in 'LE2'. Manager 'A' wants to delegate 'Line Manager Role LE2' to user 'B'. After delegation, user 'B' is able to access all the reporting from LE1 + LE2. However, the requirement is that user 'B' should able to access only the 'LE2' direct reports.
