Reports headers repeating inside report

Hi all

In some reports we are seeing repeated columns / heading and I do not know why.

I selected the option to hide the repetition at grid and columns properties level, but we are still seeing the repetitions:

Could someone shed some light on this for me?

If this is a limitation or a bug can someone let me know
