Item is missing from Min-Max planning report

I have created the item and enabled Min-Max Planning at both the item and sub-inventory levels. However, despite ensuring that all relevant planning attributes are configured correctly, the item still does not appear in the Min-Max Planning report. We have reviewed the setup to confirm that Min-Max Planning is active, but the system continues to exclude the item from the report output.

While running the ESS job the Restock is set to "Yes" and Planning level is "Sub-Inv"
