The learning assignment is not going through when manager assigns the course to his reportees

Hi all,

We’re navigating to My Team > Learning and Development > Learning Assignments > Assign Learning. We can successfully assign learning items to our reportees, but the assigned learning is not appearing anywhere—neither for the manager nor for the employee.

Could someone please suggest a solution for this?
