Tender Timing Out Ignoring Holiday Calendar
Calendars have been setup and defined for all carriers. When tendering on a Holiday or day that is closed, the tender is timing out and retendering to the next carrier rather than wait for the following day(s). The client has setup a Broadcast Tender contact for open tendering, but the contact the contact method is defined as email, as it is always done manually whereas the normal communication/tenders are sent via EDI. Some of the Broadcast Spot Contact ID do have calendars, and some don't but the calendars are different.
Reviewing, it looks like the client has setup a Broadcast tender contact, and reviewing some of the tender time out times it looks like it might be overriding the primary contact calendar, although not 100% sure. The tender is being sent out EDI as expected since that is the main communication method for the carrier. I would like to know how if the tender is sent out EDI, how would it not see the calendar and how would it revert to the Broadcast Spot Contact ID.
