Remove setups in Learning Page for Learning Specialist user

Summary:
Hi Team,
We have a requirement to create role to provide access to view courses and manage offerings (view and create) only. I have created custom role by adding the below roles,
Access Learning Administration
Manage Catalog Learning Offerings
View Catalog Learning Courses
View Catalog Learning Offerings
Once logged in with the user, this user were able to setups such as
Configure Evaluations
Configure Catalog defaults
Administrator dashboard as well.
How to hide these 3 tasks so that they can able to view only courses and offerings tasks in Learning Page.
