I am trying to write a rule in Calculation manger to loop through all base member accounts

I am trying to write a rule in Calculation manger to loop through all base member accounts under FCCS_Total Balance Sheet under entity CO1147 and assign it to a different entity (800047). However, I am not able to pass validation. I believe this is due to FIX command, where you cannot reference 'dynamic calc' members.
