Pending Transactions Redwood Emtpy

Hello,

I'm looking at the Inventory Transactions Redwood Page. I know that there are erred pending transactions in the interface, but I can't see anything in the UI.

I can see results in the Completed Transactions page, but the pending transactions is empty…

any suggestions?
