How to get absence entries details with different statuses for different versions through SQL

Summary:

We are currently developing an integration to transmit absence records to a downstream system. However, due to Oracle’s design, when absence records are updated or withdrawn, the status of previously approved records changes into pending for approval, and the absence dates are modified.

Could you please advise if it is possible to retrieve absence records with different statuses, as well as previous versions of those records? And how can we achieve this technically with SQL query / table?
