How to configure call using IDCS Oauth or call Using OAuth option in WebService application composer

We are using a web service which calls OIC integration from fusion application. We need to setup Call Using IDCS Oauth option or Call using OAUTH option as authentication method. We tried using call using IDCS Oauth option with below details:

We provided below details:
ClientId and Client Secret in Client Credential Key
Token URI
Scope
Checked the Subject Precedence.

We are still getting the below error:
oracle.binding.expr.ServiceInvocationException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException, msg=java.io.IOException: oracle.wsm.common.sdk.WSMException: WSM-00400 : OAuth2 server responded with status : "401 Unauthorized", error : "unauthorized_client". Please check OAuth2 server logs for more details
