Unable to start the EBS Application and getting error the run file system.

Hi Team,

We got the below error message while running the run file system. we created the SR for that. They gave this solution as below . But we don't know how to process this, could anyone explain this solution step by step?

we are getting this error

RC-50013: Fatal: Instantiate driver did not complete successfully
RC-50004: Fatal: Error occurred in ApplyAppsTechStack
RC-50013: Fatal: Failed to instantiate driver /u01/install/APPS/fs1/EBSApps/10.1.2/appsutil/driver/regclone.drv
while running the run file system.

Oracle Offered Solution:-

The error you are currently getting: The error RC-50013: Fatal: Instantiate driver did not complete successfully during the execution of ouicli.pl generally indicates an issue with the Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) registering the Oracle Home in the central inventory, often related to environmental variables, insufficient temporary space, or permission problems.
