Unable to Delete Shift in Planned Schedule – Shift Reappears After Save
Hi Everyone,
We are experiencing a critical issue in Workforce Scheduling where we are unable to delete a specific shift in the Planned Schedule for a particular employee on a specific date. Even after manually deleting the shift and clicking Save, the shift reappears immediately, as if the system is restoring it from a backend source.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue
Navigate to:
My Client Groups → Time Management → Planned Schedule
Search for employee
Open the Planned Schedule for the week 04-Aug-2025 to 10-Aug-2025
Delete the shift on Sunday, 10-Aug-2025
Click Save
Observed Behavior
Although the UI allows the shift to be deleted,
