Conversations page not showing any conversations Next Gen HRHD

Hi All,
We have migrated Classic HRHD to Next Gen HRHD Redwood and we are testing the conversations features.
Currently when we initiate the conversation from SR we are able to and we can see all details in SR about the conversation. Also, when the conversation is initiated with agent, agent gets a notification and from notification they can access the conversation page.
However, we have two quick action My Conversations and My New Conversations, when we are checking these options we are not seeing any conversations.
Can you please assist how to fix this, agents can access the conversation from Notifications and from SR it's just the quick actions are not giving any results.
