Is there any tool to migrate objects from B2B one instance to another Instance?

Summary:

One of my customers is using a Fusion instance for Service Cloud with multiple business units. They are planning to migrate and move selected business units into a new Fusion instance. Is there any tool available that allows us to choose specific objects and fields—including Redwood-related configurations—and push them into the new instance?

Even without Redwood, if there is any tool or recommended process for this migration, it would be greatly appreciated.
