Change Description 0205

Hi,

We have a fiscal obligation in Brazil, it is called 0205, we have to send the item descriptions changes. For example, the item description was 'LAPTOP XPTO' and was changed to 'LAPTOP BLACK XPTO'. Is there a table with the change date and the new and older description?
