HCM Extract RTF template - Display Condition not working

in HCM Extract

Hi Experts,

Need help with the Display condition in HCM Extracts Display Condition. I want to print records where employee FTE >= 0.5

I have set the condition as to_number(Total_FTE),0) >= 0.5. But this not working. Removing the condition prints all records

Please advise, if the condition is correct or am I missing anything here
