Project Financial Reporting
Summary:
Our organization uses the Projects module primarily for tracking the costs of projects (no awards, no project billing). Our project managers want a 'one-stop shop' where they can see project committed costs and project actual costs with the ability to drill down to the corresponding transaction detail (PO, Invoice). Currently PMs have to navigate different tasks/menus in Oracle to see this information. Has anyone developed a dashboard or OTBI report to provide their project managers with a summary of project costs that is drill-down enabled?
