Absences Plan Balances Missing from Time Card page

Search for an employee Time card.

Open time card

There used to be 3 dots at the Table Button Level in the Time Card page. Click the dots and you see the option to select Absence plan balances.

The 3 dots are gone and there is no place to click and view the Absence Plan Balances in the time ca.
