unable to Add/modify a reference designator,substitute or DFF -Redwood

Summary:

i am not able to add or edit any of the component details like Reference designators, Substitute items or Additional attribute in the itemstructure or in the commercial change order we use. rest of the fields like quantity ,item seq etc. were editable. need help!

I am able to redline,add/modify in classic UI but not with Redwood change order page. The double click on the Reference designator or substitute component cell should open a side panel.

it was mentioned in the documentation about double click on the cell to open the side panel but i couldnt get it. tried on the itemstructure and also on the CCO
