AI Assist on Evaluations just spinning for overall summary comments with 25D

Summary:

For performance documents: Prior to 25D, AI Assist was only working for overall summary. Now with 25D enabled in Dev environment, AI Assist is only working to create Performance and Development goal comments and no longer working on the overall summary. For overall summary (on both the Caregiver and Manager portion of evals) the behavior we are seeing is just loading and loading with no response. No errors, nothing. Waited for upwards of 5 minutes with no results.

Has anybody else found a solution for this issue?
