Is it possible to configure Locators LOV to display only those locators that currently have stock

We have a business requirement that, when performing a subinventory transfer using the classic screen, users should be able to view only those locators that currently have stock, rather than seeing all locators within the subinventory. Is there a configuration or setup available that would allow us to meet this requirement?
