Unable to add task descriptive flexfield in Cost Accounting Mapping Set

Hi,

We have a requirement to derive the inventory valuation account based on the value of a DFF stored at task level in PPM, I am unable to add this in the mapping set, getting an error saying this attribute needs to be assigned to the event class.

The Oracle Document says to follow the below steps to add the attribute to the event class:

  • Navigate in Setup and Maintenance: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management > Cost Accounting > Manage Subledger Application Transaction Objects.
  • Select the event class for the transaction type and click View Source Assignments.
  • If the input source is missing, assign it to the event class.
