TimecardApproval, the new Self Auto Approve rule is in place, existing employee-approval rule-active

Summary:

For TimecardApproval, the new Self Auto Approve rule is in place, but the existing employee-approval rule is still active — which means the management hierarchy still sends an FYI/approval to employees for every submitted timecard. They are not okay with this behaviour during UAT.

The TimecardWorkerApproval rule with 1=1 is working as a placeholder and triggers for all workers.
In the screenshot, WorkerApprovalRule = existing rule, WorkerAutoApprove = the new rule we created.

We also tried creating a separate auto-approve rule only for Specific BU, but with the current configuration it isn’t feasible.
