The Transactions outside of Project Period

Greetings everyone,

When the Inventory Transaction falls into outside of Project Start Date and Finish Date, the Transaction gets completed and we can view the completed transaction in Review Completed Transactions UI. However, the Transaction Costed Status is "Error in Project Attribute Derivation". It is assumed that the Project Period is incorrect and once we correct the Project Period, this transaction will get costed.

On the other hand, there is a second scenario, where the Project Period is actually as intended, however users entered the incorrect Transaction Date for the inventory Transaction. So users need to create a Miscellaneous Issue or Return the previous Transaction and enter a new Transaction with the correct date.
